Welcome Neighbor

We are so glad you are part of our community—whether you have just moved in or have been here for years.

This is a place where neighbors look out for one another and take pride in where we live. By staying connected and working together, we can keep our neighborhood welcoming, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone.

Our community is part of King George County which is conveniently located outside of the beltway on I-95, with a 1 hour commute by car or the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) to the country's capital in DC, or 45 minutes away from Southern Maryland through I-301 or an hour away from Virginia's state capital in the city of Richmond. Although considered rural, King George has proximities to Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania where lots of fine shopping is available. Beautiful trees, country smells and sounds, ponds and close to local beaches. There is so much to love here!!

Take a moment, whenever you can, to say hello to a neighbor. It is those small connections that make a big difference and we look forward to seeing you at the upcoming HOA Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 15th at the Sealston Sports Complex where you can co-mingle with more of your neighbors and learn how we manage the HOA.

If you ever have a question, idea, or just want to reach out, we are always happy to hear from you.

Welcome home,

HOA President
